This period coincides with the high season for whale safaris in Nuuk and visitors are able to sail on the fjords, visit Norse ruins or take a helicopter trip to the Ice Sheet.

On the homeward journey there is a chance to relax in Iceland's famous Blue Lagoon - the geothermic outdoor pool with a water temperature that varies between 37-39 °C. Prices start from DKK 6,070.00 incl. taxes, duties and other charges.
