Both visually and in terms of taste, the serving of Greenlandic coffee is a special experience. It is stronger than the well-known Irish dessert coffee and it is finished off with a liquid flame of Grand Marnier that has been set alight – the coffee’s final ingredient. The majority of restaurants therefore often make a small show for the guests when Greenlandic coffee is served.
