See Greenland from the sea
Greenland has a unique culture and nature, magnificent wildlife and endless coastal stretches with glaciers, ice sheets and deep fjords with calm waters. Towns and settlements are spread out all over the country unconnected by roads or railways. You can therefore only get from one place to another by sailing or flying. Seeing Greenland from the water is the best way to see the world’s largest island, and of course the best way to spot whales or see the massive icebergs up close.

Sailing is a journey in itself
A cruise ship is like a floating, comfortable home that each day brings you to a new location, a new experience and a new destination. Depending on which company you choose to travel with, a cruise provides the chance to see a lot of different places in Greenland within a relatively short space of time. Eat well and meet other travellers
Cruise ships usually schedule their calls at port for the morning, after which you can go ashore for anything from a few hours to a whole day. This enables you to eat lunch ashore and have your evening meal onboard the ship in the company of your fellow travellers. The surroundings are familiar, the mealtimes regular - if you wish – but what you experience on dry land varies from day to day.
