Where to go

Three destinations in Greenland in particular have made a special effort to create optimal conditions for meetings and other arrangements. They have good flight connections and meeting and conference facilities as well as other incomparable attractions to offer.



Kangerlussuaq/Sdr. Strømfjord. Just five hours by plane from Copenhagen with connections from Denmark virtually every day, all year round. 25 km to the inland ice - the second largest ice cap in the world, accessible at any time of the year. Musk oxen, the Northern Lights, the ice hotel and the dramatic tundra between the fjord and the ice are just some of the attractions Kangerlussuaq can offer.

Nuuk, the capital of Greenland This is the seat of the national administration, and Greenlandic culture really blossoms here, especially at Katuaq - the cultural centre of Nuuk. Very close to the centre of Nuuk there is an impressive fjord area with good opportunities for sailing and lots of whales.

Ilulissat in Disko Bay is famed for its enormous icebergs and the world-famous ice fjord, which was placed on UNESCO's World Heritage List in July 2004. Sail between the impressive icebergs or take a dogsledge trip between January and April (can also be arranged on the Disko Island in June and July).
